My highly established client is looking for an enthusiastic IT Field Engineer to join their team.
IT Field Engineer Duties.
To have confidence in addressing break-fix issues, typically including PCs, Printers and MFP.
To ensure that all calls to the Service Desk from our customers are logged and responded to within pre-set service levels.
You will be assigned various tickets throughout the day, addressing each one in a professional, sympathetically, pragmatically and above all, with a strong sense of customer service – leaving each ticket not only resolved, but with a smile on the user’s face.
Identify relevant problem types and associated priorities.
If necessary, progress calls to other departments or third parties for further investigation ensuring regular updates and working towards a prompt resolution.
To proactively monitor all calls keeping the customer formed always through to resolution.
To play an active role within the team remaining flexible to support others during busy periods.
Please note that the successful candidate must have experience with fixing HP Printers.
IT Field Engineer Key Skills
• Installing/Configuring and Supporting Microsoft Office 2010 & 2013 within the Remote Desktop environment
• Must have experience in fixing HP Printers
• Managing emails in a Microsoft Outlook/Office 365
• Active Directory
• Printer management / support
• Experience Supporting Windows Server 2016 / 2012 / 2008 and Exchange Server
• Windows 7/10
