IT Service Desk 1st to 3rd Line, London – Perm

My highly established, London based, Financial Client is urgently recruiting for an IT Service / Desktop Support Engineer to provide technical support by phone, email and face to face contact.

As part of the IT Support team you will be the first response answering, logging and resolving support calls (phone, email, face-to-face). Installing new equipment and software for Clients, assisting with familiarisation, supporting a wide range of software products (Windows 10, Microsoft Office, Windows Server 2012) and troubleshooting both hardware and software issues.

IT Service Desk 1st to 3rd Line.

The successful Candidate will have good exposure to Windows 10 and ideally Citrix & XenApp, but also have MS Office, Active Directory (setting up users, groups, permissions is essential).

It would be a distinct advantage to have Desktop/Server support experience, Active Directory / Domain Controller, Group Policy, DNS/ DHCP & Network Configuration and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
