My well established Client (house hold name) is urgently recruiting for a Service Desk Engineer to provide onsite technical support to first and second line level.
• I am looking for the chosen Candidate to have provided support in the following environments;
• User logs a ticket for help
• Ticket is raised and triggered by offshore teams
• If ticket cannot be solved by offshore it is assigned to Engineer
• Engineer would accept appointment and complete task
• Update and close the ticket
• Hands on training will be provided by site engineers
The Engineer will be working with HP/MAC devices, but some Dell desktops and iPhone / Android phones.
