I am currently working with a dynamic, design forward practice who are seeking Junior Architectural Technicians and Architectural Technicians. Candidates must have the drive and commitment needed to further their careers and possess competent AutoCAD skills.

Experience

• Min 3 Years producing technical drawings for residential work
• Fully competent in using Autocad
• Conducting measured surveys on buildings and producing the associated drawings
• Producing drawings and documentation to support House holder planning application submissions
• Producing drawings and documentation to support building regulation application submissions

Duties and responsibilities

• Produce technical drawings to support a package of information required by a Developer
• Conduct a quality check of information produced prior to issuing to a job runner
• Abide by deadlines.
• Conform with drawing standards set by the practice
• Be prepared to work on more than one project/exercise during a working week

Requirements

• Clean and valid driving license
