My Client is looking to expand their growing Development team which collaborate, design and develop insurance software applications. They are looking for a Java Team Lead who ideally have over commercial experience in some of the following;

Technologies

• Commercial Experience developing and modifying software applications.
• Experience in gathering, analysing, translating, and documenting user requirements.
• Java coding, they are happy with varying frameworks
• Lead or Managed a Team of Developers which have included both peer and code reviews.

It will be advantageous if applicants have worked with some of the following skills;

• Guidewire

This role can be Remote, with very occasional travel to their offices which are located in Kent.  Candidates for this position will be require to have existing rights to work in the UK .
