My telecommunications client are now looking for a customer service agents. They are the first point of contact for clients, provide 1st technology support as well as dealing with invoice and contact queries.

Its diverse challenging role where attention to detail, couple with an passion for customers with an exceptional service experience is imperative.

Candidates require resilience and being able to stay calm under pressure to allow them to make the most informed decisions with each client engagement.

The role is office based Monday – Friday.
