Role Overview:
My SaaS client are looking for a Business Development Manager for Germany, you’ll be the driving force behind our expansion into the DACH market. This fully remote role (European based) is ideal for a native German speaker with a strong background in B2B SaaS sales, ideally within the SaaS or tech sectors, IT Security is preferred but not essential. You’ll own the full sales cycle, build strong client relationships, and help shape our go-to-market strategy in France.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, engage, and close new business opportunities in Germany.
- Manage the complete sales process: lead generation, discovery, demos, negotiation, and closing.
- Articulate the value of our AI-powered platform to key decision-makers.
- Collaborate with marketing to tailor outreach and campaigns for the German market.
- Track sales activity, pipeline development, and forecasts using CRM tools.
Requirements:
- Native German speaker, fluent in written and spoken German and English.
- 5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience.
- Experience in solution selling, IT Security is a plus.
- Proven ability to exceed quotas and manage complex sales cycles.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Deep understanding of the French business culture and buying behaviour.
- Self-starter with the ability to work autonomously in a remote-first environment.
- Familiarity with AI tools or platforms.
