Due to on-going expansion, we are looking for an experience technician or technologist to join our thriving, high-end residential practice in Newbury.

About the Client:

• The successful candidate get to join our practice at an exciting time – the business is going from strength to strength with a mixture of high-end contemporary and traditional work, new builds and renovation projects. We are passionate about sustainable architecture – having recently gained Passivhaus certification.

Key Responsibilities:

• You will be dedicated – owning the technical part of the design process within the practice with responsibility for compliance with legislation and developing technical strategies and efficiencies – as well as confident dealing with contractors and clients.

Requirements:

• Car and driving license are essential.
