Job Summary

We are currently working with a well-established and growing architectural Practice based in the Southampton area, who are looking to appoint a talented Part II Architectural Assistant to join their Team. This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a collaborative and supportive studio environment, with exposure to a range of projects and strong prospects for professional development.

The Role

You will be involved predominantly in RIBA Stages 1–3, supporting the development of concepts, planning submissions, and early-stage project delivery. The position offers a great platform to build both your technical and design experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the development of design concepts and presentations
• Support planning applications and early-stage project work
• Produce high-quality drawings and technical documentation
• Work closely with senior team members and external consultants

Requirements

• RIBA Part II qualified
• Proficient in Revit and/or AutoCAD
• Strong design and presentation skills
• Good understanding of the UK planning process and early RIBA stages
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
